Transgressions and consequences

TH have now had enough.  Any transgressor will immediately forfeit his/her permit.  The next transgression on Blackburn estate will mean withdrawal of all Blackburn routes to all riders, and if transgressions continue, withdrawal of all rights to ride on TH land. This is  a specific instruction from TH and will be adhered to by EMBA.

Please riders, I am aware that 99% of  you are compliant, but sadly not every is and no excuses are now being entertained.

• If you do not have your bike board on your bike, you are transgressing.  As those who have lost theirs can let you know, I will always get your replacement board to you ASAP, and always prepared the same day I receive the request for replacement.
• If you ride with someone who does not have a bike board on his/her bike, even if he/she is a bona fide EMBA member, that person is regarded as unlicenced- and by riding with that person you are transgressing.
• There is no excuse for deviation from designated routes, unless in a genuine, verifiable emergency
• Ride times must be strictly adhered to, at all times.
